Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile games and apps published by Whimloop ("we", "us"), including SpinDrop: Spin & Merge Puzzle. We build games that don't require an account and we do not collect personal information ourselves. Game progress is stored only on your device.

Advertising

Free versions of our games show ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process data such as device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address, and coarse location, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from partner apps.

• Where required (for example the EEA and UK), a consent dialog is shown on first launch and you can choose non-personalized ads.
• On iOS, tracking permission is requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
• Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial advertising entirely.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms. We never see or store your payment details.

Data we store

Game progress, settings, scores, and virtual items are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app deletes this data. We operate no servers and hold no user database.

Children

Our games are directed at a general audience (rated for ages 13 and up on Google Play) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
