By downloading or playing a Whimloop game (including SpinDrop: Spin & Merge Puzzle) you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play our games for entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our games or any part of them.

2. Virtual items

Hints, bombs, and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between devices, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Purchases of virtual items are final except where a refund is required by law or by the policies of Google Play / the Apple App Store (refunds are handled by those stores).

3. Purchases

All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. "Remove Ads" applies to interstitial advertising; optional rewarded ads remain available. Prices may vary by region and may change.

4. Fair play

Any attempt to manipulate a game — including tampering with stored data, forging purchases, exploiting bugs for unearned items, or interfering with ad delivery — is a breach of these terms and may result in loss of virtual items or features without compensation.

5. Availability & changes

We may update, change, or discontinue a game (or any feature, level, balance value, or item) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee our games will always be available, error-free, or compatible with your device.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
